Okay I keep getting asked for the book so I’m posting thelink to the sales page that has been hiding on this site. I took it down about6 months ago because I felt like my blog was covering the questions pretty welland I was trying to stick to recommending healthy lifestyle changes instead ofa rigid program. The book details out how I lost 100 lbs and covers the basicsof creating your own program to lose weight. It also covers nutrition andoffers up a sample program.
